that is the greatest piece of bullshit I ever get. I always quality check my stamps and believe in the Confucian principle of 'do not do unto others what you do not want to be done to you". In much the same way i object to receiving damaged stamps from others i will not send damaged stamps out. Damaged stamps that other collectors sent to me I trash them and do not pass it on AND i dont give them negative rating.......not 5 but still give a 4 .....
