Hi! I would prefer to swap recent commemorative stamps issued after 1990 - I understand it is not always possible to find such stamps - any good quality stamps (off paper) will do - just no CTOs, definitives and Germany (I have most of them).
I always try to use nice stamps on the envelopes - it would be nice to get the same.
