Yes this is harsh. The post office cancellation was neat and nice.

i think it can be max.3 though as there seem to be quite a few damaged stamps. the cover of course cannot not part of the rating.

For kozou,but in the cover j enclose 70 80 stamps !!!! for compensate damaged
