What to do to the club members who send stamps actively but they are too slow to register the stamps they got? I sent stamps to one member and after 3 months later I contacted him and then he registered my stamps. I can see from his profile that I’m not the only person who had to wait a long time. In some cases, it has taken almost 1 year until he has registered the received stamps. In addition, amount of his sent lots is much bigger than received lots. This is not a good thing if new members send stamps to him. They can lose their interest when they have to wait and wait.

The numbers on his profile will update next time he is active on the website.

This member has accounts on several of the clubs. It has the same problem on all of them. I have contacted this member some time ago when this problem was first reported but I got no response.

It seems that he registered some letters when his partners had contacted him.

I have marked as received all the letters traveling to this member as it is obvious that it is receiving letters but is not registering them.

I'll send a message again to this member and I hope he will register them in time from now on.
