More than half of the stamps damaged: missing corners, thinned, torn, stained, torn off covers, creased, cut, stuck together (two lumps top-left are all self-adhesive that are stuck to each other). Not all damaged stamps are pictured above, only those with the most visible faults.
There were 3 used commemoratives in good condition +1 duplicate, several used definitives, 8 mint stamps in good condition, and 8 not perfect but decent mint ones. The fact that the sender added these mint stamps, which are common - but at least mostly undamaged, is the only reason why this is not a negative rating.
